Of Elephants & Mice, Mice & Men, Men & NRA, NRA & MAC, MAC & MGR I am against more laws and restrictions of handguns until the current laws on the books are enforced, along with some common sense approach that allows the accountability of weapons and their storage. To me a wait period and real background checks and taking responsibility to understand that what you have was created in the beginning to do one task, and that was to kill animals for food, and kill other people for self protection that wish to kill you. If the likes of the NRA in USA continue to take the stand that cigerattes smokers once took, as in "my right to..", then the same fate will fall them, as in strong restrictions with a continuation of their right to smoke. No need for the anti gun folks to fight the Constituation of the USA to reach their goals, as let the citizens of the USA continue to bear arms, but simply make newly created laws that deal with events that result from guns, and if done correctly the Supreme Court will review it as not an issue with the USA Constituation right to bear arms, but as each State's area to pass laws related to citizen safety. Will it become a law made by Congree for all USA ? Yes, simply by drafting the law, for example, "... to protect our children thru ...", and just so the right to bear arms is not touched, then it becomes a vote for or against the safety of the children of this nation, and it will result in all having to say "the right thing" when asked, for or against children. The fighter the NRA sees as its opponent has been put there by the ones that will accomplish the above so that the real attack plan can be put into play without the NRA being aware of the real attack. Fools fools, stupid fools the NRA is, letting those few who will abuse their rights and not act responsible because they know that those with the power to "protect" them will step between them and those they hurt. Those protected will infect and hurt and damage those trying to protect them. In the end those who done wrong will pay no price, but those that tried to protect them, under the incorrect notion that they are also working to protect their "own", will pay the price. To make the above on-topic, I suggest those in the country Mongolia to review their past and current activities, and reflect in the above story as happening in your country via MGR and MAC. Doug
