ATTENTION ALL- Simulcast Racing - Seen by All North American Tracks!!!

( I have reposted this, as it is important information, and tends to get lost when the "word wars" get going...)

I have just returned from a simulcast location I frequent Hinsdale
Greyhound Park in Hinsdale NH. I have turned several
management people there on to Starnet over the last few months
and today when I arrived they told me they had received a memo
with reference to Starnet. I have a copy of the memo dated
7-29-99. Unfortunately I don't own a scanner so I will have to
retype the relevant parts here.

The memo is to: Simulcast Partners

From:Brant Allen - Arlington International

Hope all is well with you!

Tomorrow (Friday) is my last day at Arlington and I want to thank
you for all your help over the past several years. It has certainly
been my pleasure to work with all of you in this little world we
call
Simulcasting.

I am taking a job with Worldgaming, a subsidiary of Starnet
Communications, as their Director of Simulcasting. I hope that you
will continue to work with me in this new capacity as racing
moves into the interactive arena- rest assured I will be contacting
you within the next few months to discuss these opportunities.

The rest of the memo deals with Arlington. It is my understanding
that Mr Allen was the director of simulcasting at Arlington.

This memo further confirms that worldracetracks is now very
close and with the recent disclosure that there will be co-mingling
of the pools; meaning that bets taken through Starnet and its
licensees
will be added directly to the betting pools at each of the tracks
involved. This means that Starnet will be at no risk with regards to
these wagers, they will simply earn a percentage of their handle at
each track.

I believe the revenue from this portion of the business model WILL
BE MUCH LARGER than we can currently imagine. It will take
some time to build the network of tracks but I cannot see how any
track could pass up the potential of this opportunity. It is a total
WIN - WIN situation.

Regards

Dave

Thanx! You always inform! Ya know, If I hate a stock, I wouldn't waste
my time bashing it and call the investors idiots. Dr. m and others
are 'working'. They have a 'ONE TRICK PONY' approach though, as
they try to save us all! This is what makes it all so transparent! I guess bashing school does not draw the intelligent or scrupulous.
I appreciate counterpoint! I don't much care for, a setup!
Thanx for providing equilibrium to the thread! Not empty touts!

Just a long term investor! Bob........:]
