Bill. Thanks for posting "Slippery numbers". Slippery is the right word. I heard lots of commentary on this subject. Some say the exact opposite. Near term stability in oil prices, longer term down hill. Maybe after all this sinks in that near term stability will wane and oil prices will retreat a tad. There should be a middle ground for all to be happy.

Since it is Sunday, here is an interesting article on how we are now promoting living together in peace. Here we have a reversed exodus sanctioned by us. The one part that struck me almost funny, which of course it is not, is how those Albanians are looking for their new cars in that convoy while the convoy seems to be leaving pretty much in old cars. The phrase mentioned is clapped-out. Maybe this SERB population shipped all the new stuff ahead?

There was an article in a German newspaper opining that the DAX would most likely surpass its high while the money houses opined that the DOW would not go past 11,000 but go sideways. The Euro would gain on the dollar and go to 1.09 and hence those predictions.

"Hard dog to keep on the porch".

I feel her pain. I had one of those. I was always glad that "REAL DOGS" don't have mating season all year at least not female dogs. I succeeded in keeping my dog house bound all but once in those times. gg. Of course, my dog was "A Bitch" and therefore was not tempted all year. And then my dog did NOT have a traumatic childhood growing up in my house.

We should now pass a law stating that if you have a bad childhood you can get away with anything, especially if you are a good politician, but don't try this if you were lucky in your childhood.

But knowing your dog's problems, you should not wake up surprised one morning when your dog shows you what's written in a newspaper with the quote something like "You never guess what has been written in the paper this morning" and then go on Natl. TV and call it a Right Wing Conspiracy. That's why people say the owner is an enabler.

Do you own any Intel or just Msft and CPQ? I am considering buying some Msft tomorrow despite all this controversy with AOL. Mainly on what may happen to Msft with this GVT suit. Split up or not. Either way it could be beneficial to holders of Msft unless insiders come up with huge selling orders.
