great idea as far as satisfying the people who don't like the colors, but it definitely would slow the page loading down while the server read everyone's color preferences. In the old SI, you used to be able to choose the color of your text, but it is no longer available. Probably for the speed reason. No matter which color scheme, style, layout WHATEVER is chosen, there will always be someone who doesn't like it! I give up, been getting harassed on my posts in defense of the new SI site, so I don't wanna talk about it anymore! I love the new site. It's perfect IMO. 'nough said, what I think won't matter in the long run anyway - just one opinion among many : )
