I was struck by above statement taken from a Wireless Week article (whole article posted on Q-CintoBR thread post 37454). Isn't it interesting that T is buying wholesale (generally in urban/suburban areas) at practically the same price range G* intends to sell at for universal (regional) coverage. T resells these minutes at a loss to its Digital One Rate plan customers.
