Erik,

This peeling off of some payments is a set-up for a nightmare.

You have captured the issue precisely. CKFR must somehow control the distribution channel. The need to control the channel has been expressed by P. Kight in past Conference Calls.

However, this fractionating dilutes the advantage CKFR has an end-to-end provider and makes quality control a Herculean struggle IMO.
