I concede we may be in for a little insider selling but the question becomes how much? There are only two beneficial owners that can give you what you want and they are IDT and Sobel. My hunch is IDT will not want to give up control or take NTOP off its balance sheet this early in the game. Sobel is the wild card. Perhaps you should invite him to one of your seminars and short him straight, I mean set him straight.

If the insiders were setting on a pile of floorless convertibles I'd accept your proposition without second thought, but since they aren't, I'm inclined to give them the benefit of the doubt. I also believe everybody knows Net2Phone owes it's future to AOL and Yahoo! As such, they have more than a minority say in keeping IDT and Sobel in line.

As for the $1.5 billion market cap, I'll wait an see the 10K before I comment. It should be along shortly. The rate at which AOL et al deliver subscribership to Net2Phone could go a long way in justifying it.
