Larry,

We are 1-1 on this issue. "Implentation" is used in the previous filing the same number of times and in the same places. From the June 28:

"The implementation of the new manufacturing facility, including its customized manufacturing equipment, will continue to require substantial engineering work and expenses and is subject to significant risks, including risks of cost overruns and significant delays."

You are right about the "begun to supply commercial product" line. I missed that. I use a generic diff utility used in computer programming and it turned up so many differences that I had to go through all of them by eyeballing it. This is the only sentence that I know that is different. There are others where small mistakes and punctuation errors are corrected, but they don't matter. This one sentence is the only one I found upon rescanning.

In summary the old one said:"To date, we have not provided any such
commercial product to any potential customer, and therefore, have not started any product qualification period. "

The new one says:"The Company has recently begun to supply commercial products to several customers but has not yet completed the related product qualification."

I'm curious as to what you use to search for differences ?

The reason why its worthwhile to reply is to discover the truth. In this we were both wrong on one account. We(the board) have both come to a better understanding of what's in the filing.

As to the importance of the one sentence, it is factually correct and it is different from the last filing, but it still is not new news. The fact that they were shipping was already known by the previous PR releases and the CC.

So the fact remains, the filing had no new news.
