Don, I am not making myself clear. I am not talking about deliberate poor service. I am talking about institutionalized bureaucracy which has fragmented control over various aspects of the bill pay and presentment process. Each department has policies that are geared to maximize local profit contribution. With a fragmented distribution channel, CKFR is in a position to endure grief as a consequence of this fragmentation and mixed mode of service delivery. Dave
