When you figure out why that is, let me know. It happens to me frequently when I use Netscape (even though I also have RealPlayer). Worse yet, when I do go to get the "plug in" it tells me there isn't one! Quite frustrating.

Fortunately, I also use IE and had no problem playing them using it.
