Frank: Thanks for the education in fibre and bandwidth. You said, in part...........

<<In order to get at the "bandwidth" that lies dormant within those fibers, it's going to take lots of engineering, and even greater amounts of planning and implementation. All of this translates into a tremendous amount of additional capital outlays ...SNIP >>

Does that mean that QWST still has to pour more money in to get the bandwidth out of the completed fibre network ?

Frank, with regards to this statement below:

<In order to get at the "bandwidth" that lies dormant within those fibers, it's going to
take lots of engineering, and even greater amounts of planning and implementation.
All of this translates into a tremendous amount of additional capital outlays at all
levels of carrier infrastructure... >

when you refer to getting to the bandwidth, are you referring to the creation and sale of the applications, or are you talking about the lighting up of dark fiber, etc.? Please elaborate.
