Here's something for all you ALSC Bears out there

whoever thinks some arcane pattern noticed in
1994 trading has any bearing in 1999 really
should not be playing this stock. Back in
1995 I was short ALSC from the $60's after
it and ISSI were running around up at that
crazy price level as the world anticipated
the exaggerated memory needs of Windows'95.
between supply meeting demand, and Win'95
slow to upgrade, memory chip companies got
clobbered, which only deepened two years
later when memory prices dove below costs.
We are in a brave new world for ASLC and
no repeat of that ridiculous '95 run now.

On to new issues. We all were commenting
how ALSC should return shareholder value
with a stock buyback program. We'll, just
our luck the ASLC annual report ballot is
for INCREASING the number of shares of
Common Stock for Issuance. I guess our
6 useless V.P.'s need to line their pockets
with even more of our money? Not impressed.
