Anthony, your recitation of NTOP prospectus is silly. I could take any prospectus from any company and highlight negatives and accomplish the same thing. As I am sure you know. The purpose of a prospectus is to point out ANY possible negative. why didn't you reprint their y2k disclaimer as well? The fact is, if it was good enough for Softbanm, AOL, GE and NBC, its good enough for the average invester. Indeed NBC couldn't wait: cbs.marketwatch.com
