Anyone care to speculate on these Friday last hour runups ? Friday short covering ? finance.yahoo.com I have been focusing on recent ipo's. Given current market conditions it's not likely we'll see the "in anticipation of coverage and ending quiet period" ipo runs of early July...yet my monitoring of volume and "buzz" and fundamental company analysis indicates the "street" will move the following recent ipo's (within last 30 days) if some sort of rally materializes ( i expect it to be short lived ).
