I am an ANCR investor only since May, but I expect this road show will have a different effect. Institutions will likely gobble up the secondary, and then run the stock a bit while acquiring additional shares in the open market. These comments basically relate to the performance of the Emulex (EMLX) secondary shares in May 1999. Before the secondary was announced on April 22, the stock was $41, rising to $67 just before the shares were offered at $61 on May 20, reaching $82 during May, and $112 during June. Dennis
