"disposed" 387,600 (780,000) shares, etc. etc.
And all these shares are "INDIRECT" holdings,
which are a clear means for manipulations."

Ali, on this rare occasion you are not to be faulted for inaccurate information because the source you reference should, but doesn't, provide good data. Not your fault. In truth, Gordon Moore is the single largest shareholder of Intel stock, holding over 5% of the outstanding shares. Do the smart thing and take my word for it, otherwise you will look foolish when the facts come out.
