The stock closed at $9. If you look at my last post, you will see that the company can force the exercise of the warrants if the stock price closes at $9 or higher for "...20 trading days within a period of 30 consecutive trading days." I can assure you that management is salivating at the prospect of potentially raising an additional $9.66 MM without having to do an offering and they will be doing everything in their power to keep the stock price up. They will need to funds to develop their web business.
