WT, if the company feels that they are worth more than the $45 U.S. that has been purported then they would be doing shareholders (including Terry, Alan and the board members) a disservice. Financial responsibility cuts both ways and the board is the one who calls the shots. What would be sad is if the board decided to take the short term pop of a $45 U.S. offer if they believe the company is worth more in the long run?
