Stockster, so far I have no opinion. The filing was necessary because INIT had insufficient cash and a terrible acid test. The offering should come as no surprise to anyone.

I suggest you pay close attention to the employee stock option plan. The company pays below market wages and salaries and hopes to make up the difference with stock options (which will primarily benefit management). I don't like this kind of thing because it understates the losses and disguises the true operating costs because the costs associated with options are not included on the income statement.
