Thanks George for those soothing words. Volatility is to be expected and creates opportunities for the patient investor. The market depth indicates there are more buyers between $2.00 - $2.40 than sellers. Could be a bumper year for diamond sales and that is not even factoring in a turnaround for S.E. Asia. The year 2000 thing will probably rear it's ugly head near the end of the year and cause some to invest hard currency in diamonds. Bob

If the naysayers want to continually harp on the negatives, why dont they form their own thread, and call it the "PussyCat Pasture"

George,

I am not sure if this statement was directed towards me but if it was, it was uncalled for. I have followed Sierra Leone more than three years and I am very familar with all of its proven resources, its rainy season from the end of May to the beginning of November, etc, etc. I lack in mining expertise but at least I have done more than warranted due dilligence on Sierra Leone.

I personally am invested in AmCan Minerals only. If I could change things I would have either invested in T-Rex or not at all. The only reason I mention T-Rex is because they do have many positive things going other than Sierra Leone. All of AmCan's marbles are in one basket, Sierra Leone.

I like to think positive and dream of what the stock prices would be if SL was a stable country and the companies mined there and unearthed a large portion of all the LARGE GEM QUALITY diamonds underground that have never been touched or seen.

But reality is AmCan is done if they lose their licences and Rex will feel immense pain though their own stock price adjustment if SL is not a part of their future.

You know the only reason I post here is because the AmCan thread is dead and I have interested investors regarding SL and Rex that post here. I only seek viable SL information, which ultimately every Rex shareholder should want as well, for my own sanity.

I have put a LOT of money into a junior company, enough to allow me to retire if AmCan struck it rich, and a lot of time into following SL current events (for three years now).

Do not take my comments to be negative, I am just being a realist. As I said all along, hopefully the country recovers, peace is engulfed by all large players and the foreign companies keep their licenses/permits. If this does not happen, what do you really think will happen to Rex (even with South Africa, Marituana, future internet selling, etc). I know what will happen to AmCan but then again it is easier for me to realize the outcome because that is all they have.
