private swimming pools have historically provided rural fire availaed resources since the dawn of privately impounded water, nick. i know personally of a church on an 40 acre campus who was not even granted a permit to occupy until the swimming pool was repaired and filled, just in case of fire. and please don't insult my intelligence by suggesting that if the fire was NOT on that campus, that the fire department wouldn't come and imminent domain absconde with the water anyhow. nice try at humor, though. you get an "E" for effort. :)
