OK, let's go through the numbers again. I have before me a copy of the Consolidated Balance Sheets in US$ for the quarter ended March 31, 1999. (Adjusted for the "fresh start" conversion of all convertible debentures into common shares.)

Current Assets: $25M
Plant/property: $32
Total: $57M

Current liabilities: $17M
Other: $8M
Total liabilities: $25M

Once again, this looks manageable. Is it possible you have been looking at the Canadian $ figures?

hi...really value your analysis on this stock, esp. of late. Wondered what you thought about the surprising strength today. Seems as if you (and I) thought today may have been a major down day. (still early I guess)...TIA
