They could publish stories that daytrading causes cancer, and people would still come. Everyone knows smoking is lethal, yet some 30% of the north American population still lights up. Volumes have been written how Vegas is a suckers bet, but every year the crowds still grow. Everyone knows and it has been written a lot, that wearing a seatbelt is safer, yet many don't (wear one) I have read numourous articles that flatly state that daytrading is not for the novice, that a lot of training is involved. Still....most get started and think they can fake it till they make it. Look at Sirk. He put $90,000 into CLVE. Then started doing his DD. Now he is too stubborn to realize that Toxic convertables have infected the stock. I'm sure you, have some horror stories or battle scars that you could share.
