I should think Pyng will be contacting the teaching hospitals as a high priority once they are ready for production. And I might add, if the teaching hospitals order and like the FAST1, they are almost certain to recommend it to the ambulance cos. that serve them. Published journal articles will also help reach the hospitals. I believe Pyng is relying heavily on this track, and as I've posted before, has a good number of articles in progress, though publication takes time.
