Suggest everyone keep an eye on OSX (oil service) stocks ... many are in a pre-breakout stage after a few months of general consolidation. Breakout could occur in next few weeks...watch carefully.. Issues: RDC, ESV, FLC, GLM, BHI, HAL, SLB, others(?)

Rande....questions I have read that AHWY was recently issued a patent concerning portable players.... audiohighway.com I received a Raging Bull report implying that this patent covers the portable players such as Diamond's Rio....but there was only speculation as to the royalties AHWY would receive as a result. Insider selling is fast and furious.... companysleuth.com There was a recent spike from the MSFT announcement, which has proved short-lived....but TA is not completely brutal.... www2.windowonwallstreet.com Now, their earnings report left a lot to be desired, and their relation with MP3 technology has contributed to the recent downtrend, and the insider sales are enough to scare anyone away.... On the insiders (all IMHO novice speculation), the group would be selling at the near-term low if they sold now....as I do not completely understand the timing associated with insider sales, I would expect that these sellers would love an uptrend (or at least a spike) to sell into the masses....as I am sure you have experienced these sort of things before, would it seem feasible that they are selling into another MSFT-deal-type move in the near-term, or are they sensing the demise of the company's share value for the long haul? Also, on the royalties associated with the portable players, I haven't found much to base a judgement for financial gain....but, if the patent hold for portable players, is it likely that they will see benefits befitting this growing industry? Ultimately, the insider selling has me curious....they may drop to their near-term low in the 12's, or proceed all the way to supports in the single digits....with the interest in MPPP, HITS, LQID....do you see any sympathy play? Personally, I am waiting to see the current support levels....or 12's support. I currently hold no position....only trying to look ahead. Thanks for all the help you've given every one of us here on HOME. I'm doing my best to hold cash as much as possible, only dabbling in the SWRX recovery, the AREM earnings moves recently, and a TA chart play in TIER. Oh, also couldn't help pick up some BDE in the Friday fall. Looking forward to anything and everything you have to offer. Wes
