Chopped up real small in applesauce was a good way too <gg>

Then there's always on a pizza supremo, they kinda get lost in the sauce and kick in about a half hour later.

Met a dude that used to get some from a college lab/experiment, U of Oregon I think, they weren't grown in the usual stuff , so went down much easier. As someone else said, "ah yes, the good old days"

If I had half of that money in a good mutual fund.., :(

there was always the mortar & pestle...

pulverize,
dissolve,
and
imbibe.

this method was also a catalyst.

of course,
if you were short on apothecary supplies,
the back of a spoon on a clean, smooth surface worked just fine.
