micro, That again, is not what I said. You asked how divestiture helped. I told you. This business is just getting going (business already signed up will double revenues in q3.) Keep fishing.

from RB

This is what I came up with from looking at Q3, Q4 reports.

Q3 Revenues

Adult = $.947m
licensees(10) Royalties = $1.2m
Licensee start-up = $.3m
Starnet owned sites = $.218

Total = $2.665m

Q4 full report is not out yet, but from the Revenue numbers from last Thursday, and from the CC, here is what I come up with

Q4 Revenues

Adult = $.9m(flat)
licensee(10) Royalties = $1.44 (20% growth as stated in CC, 7 new licensee became operational late in Q4 and will not show rev in q4)
Starnet owned sites = $.65m(200% growth, this is very encouraging IMO)
Licensee start-up = $.79m(18 licensees signed in Q4 at $50k fee at signing, other $50k due when site is up)

Toatal Revenue = $ 3.78m

20% growth of existing 10 licensees from the best gambling quarter(nov-jan) to a much slower gambling quarter is good.
It looks like the 10 existing licensees are averaging
aroung $5.5 in total wagers per month.

From Dohlen's explanation of the length of time it takes a new licensee to start to generate certain Dollar figures, ie 6-7 months for paying Starnet at least $25k, 9-10 months for $50k, it is much easier to figure future quarterly total revenues. I will wait to I see the full report before I make my prediction for Q1.

One thing we all have to be aware of, is that it takes a new licensee longer than most of us expected to show revenues to Starnet. For Q1, the revenues from royalties will not increase that much at all, since zero of the 18 new licensees signed in Q4 will be generating revenue to Starnet in Q1. Having said that, when these 18 licensee signed in Q4 and 16 in Q1 do start to show revenues to Starnet, EPS will increase dramatically. This should start in Q3.

drm, so you can see why any sale of the adult sites will not be anything other than an image enhancer with no drain on revenues..
