Dave , I am sure that you have done very well, I always thought that your posts were informative and well written and I never thought that you were a "tout". I am ashamed of myself for holding this stock so long,I kept hoping things would turn around, that and the fact that I could not take a capital gains loss kept me from selling. However after attending the annual mtg I made up my mind to just move on. I can assure that I am neither a basher or a shortseller as you implied in your note. Who knows you just may be right, only time will tell. Ernie
