Hi Matt. ECNC is a Nevada corp. as of June or so of this year. BETT was a Missouri corp. which was rolled into ECNC. The info on the most recent 10K should be correct and current for the name, address, etc. This is out of the 6/9 S-8: FORM S-8 REGISTRATION STATEMENT UNDER THE SECURITIES ACT OF 1933 ECONNECT (Previously known as Betting, Inc.) Hackman, Esq. 3360 West Sahara Avenue, Suite 200 Las Vegas, Nevada 89102 (Name and address of agent for service) (702) 732-2253 (Telephone number, including area code, of agent for service) Part of the confusion lies in the fact that BETT was not fully filing and current until this year, just before rolling into ECNC. Some of the filings you are looking at, and causing confusion, are from last year for BETT to catch up the filings. Hope that helps. Just pay attention to the dates being covered. Also, you may find errors.....nobody is perfect. :)
