Bob I received a second mailing my broker's service firm on August 2. This one (it came Priority Mail) contained a Ballot and also a return envelope in addition to the Disclosure Form and the letter. I will quote what it says in bold type under Item 5 "If more than 5% of the holders of class 5 claims check the box in Item 5, you may not receive the distributions provided in the prepackaged plan. It is a condition to consummation of the prepackaged plan that not more than 5% of holders of class 5 claims check the box in Item 5 of the Ballot" Note that this says "holders of class 5 claims" while the letter says "holders of the subordinated debt" Norman
