Who cares what Georgge owns in Europe outside this company. The issue is how the cash gets into the company to complete these projects. Apollon Ltd holds a bunch of convertible preferred here. 10:1 conversion rate on 1 million shares as I recall. Why would they just put money in (assuming they have any), and not expect to get something back proportionate to the risk they are taking? Sounds like there is some dilution coming up the road. Or else some joint ventures where the common shareholder doesn't get all or possibly any of the profits in these announced ventures. Audited filed financials seem far away.
