Hi, Matt. Glad to see your looking into ECNC. I've been in it quite a while and IMHO it's getting all it's ducks in a row right about NOW!

To be quite honest....I don't know. I don't follow the wagering side much as it does not interest me alot. I am in this because I am excited about the potential of the technology and transactions methods for everyday commerce. The wagering side is just icing...and it is what is supplying all the revenue right now.

My understanding is it is all legit as it is an offshore corp running 777WINS which ECNC acquired and controls as a subsidiary. Lots of US gaming companies run their operations this way...off shore corp. runs the wagering and controlled by US holding company. Not positive but I think that is how this is set up.

This is MORE than a wagering company. Much, much more. Real growth will be in instant bill paying, ecommerce and same as cash transactions. This is how you will shop and pay your bills in the future. Ultimate in control and convenience. Go to the hypos.com site to see how it works.

btw....all patents, etc. owned by ET&T which licensed the goods to ECNC. Tom Hughes is majority shareholder and CEO of ET&T (not publicly traded), ET&T is majority shareholder of ECNC of which Tom is presently the CEO. Now that things are starting to cook he has brought on a cadre of executive types to run ECNC for him and he is backing off day to day control there.

The company has several divisions forming up, there is the 777WINS online casino, there is the Esportsbet which is operating on landlines now and supposed to be fully functional this month I believe...in time for NFL to start is the goal I hear. EZShop remote online catalog shopping terminals. EZPay cashcards to be sold through Bill's or Bob's or some operation with a name like that out in California to start soon. PERFECT which is the same as cash online transaction technology operation. And I believe there may be a couple more things I can't remember off the top of my head.

FYI

Hey Matt....don't forget about VALH....but it won't pop big time until later this month. Been showing lots of activity for no reason other than excitement over record earnings for canadian lumber companies....which they own one and maybe acquiring a few more. It's a short term honey while ECNC is a long term WINNER if the chips fall in place this Fall. If the .com's come on line as ECNC clients this fall in time for x-mas shopping......well....you figure it out! :)
