Tim, we used Macs here at work for a long time, and changed to Wintel about 2 years ago. I like Macs, but I have gotten used to the Wintels. My biggest concern about the Mac is the lack of availabilty of charting software. I know the Mac can run Windows in emulation, but isn't it significantly slower? I would never get an iMac for myself, I want the bigger monitor and I want the upgrade devices to fit in the box, not stacked next to it. iMac is a great computer for those who just want to surf and send e-mail. One of my MIS guys is recommending Macs to me for their outstanding reliability and ease of use, especially after he had to troubleshoot a few PCs recently.

thanks for your thoughts.
