Totally agree.... and I am no fan of ebay. Among other things buliding a high volume auction site is non-trivial, its not like just anybody is going to knock ebay off. (Amazon might do it). I believe if you are short ebay you should doubt auctions in general as I do. Auctions are a winner take all business, we've already seen that.
