William -- parse it any way you want, I don't want to wade though posts to quote you -- but you had seen Clinton speak on the issue and that you said that his speech settled the matter -- there would be no military action because Clinton said 'I don't want you to do that'. You also said -- 'this is the United States the most powerful nation etc.' -- and indicated that no country would dare to challenge US power.
