Yes, Newsweek can turn just about a lot of topics into a series of dumb Glib-isms, usually missing the point as they did with this one... had to stop reading it 15 years ago for that reason, and it hasn't changed much! The New York Times on Sunday is the opposite extreme, a great replacement for Newsweek with very high-quality writing & choice of topics, a lot of great insightful articles. -Steve
