The most recent 10-K clearly states that Sanchez purchased his open market shares in a type 2 account. Read the filing.

Mike, please don't tell me what I know or don't know. Patently ridiculous is hanging your hat on a qualification like 'conventional account', as if that makes a difference to the end result. I don't believe I ever said that I knew why Cook bought the 5k shares. Perhaps you're confused again and think that things posted under other names is my responsibility.

You sure spend a lot of time posting on the CUST thread for someone who supposedly has no position.

I didn't claim that I "know" Cook's motives. I offered a couple of possible reasons. The suggestion of the longs -- that Cook knows some good things are coming and that is why he increased his position by 5,000 whole shares -- has been thoroughly smashed because 5,000 shares is less than insignificant when compared with his total holdings.

If you have any other possible reasons, please post them. Otherwise, stop this paranoid BS.
