My concern is that we have traded 5+ million shares in the past two days, and are up about 1 point. Some one has been doing some heavy selling. The question is who and why.

Remember ALSC's value is almost completely tied into their portfolio value. Right now the market looks like it is first headed for an intermediate low of 10,300-10,400 followed by another rally. Then after Labor Day, I wouldn't be at all surprised to see the decline resume, only this time below 10,000 and probably down into the low 9000. IF this were to come to pass, BRCM would decline significantly, and the Taiwan market would follow suit. This would bring down ALSC share prices significantly. Perhaps this is why a lot of investors opted to sell out of the stock now. The sellers might even include Rick Shottenfield and his friends.

All speculation, but we have to look ahead and not be caught off-guard. The question remains, who did all the selling and why? Can anyone tell me the answers to these two questons?

Harlan
