0/t the apartment house I live in has had major renovation over the past year and a half..very talented Mexican workers have done the hard work..they don't get paid if it rains..they don't seem to be given gloves or masks when they were drilling the bricks out and rebuilding..they worked in the dead of winter..I know because one of the walls to the outside of my apartment was taken out and put back.. .. obviously they prefer to work here since it appears the bailout bailed out once again the wealthy and probably caused more stress among the workers south of the border..(thank goodness we aren't bankers..they must be phenomenal rationalizers)
