You're right that thestreet is in danger of losing that counter culture edge they started with. The more writers, the more it starts to sound like a GenX Barrons. And I still like Gary's writing, although if he's listening <g>, tighten up those stops dude, this isn't a healthy market.

Between you and me, I just pray that financial journalists someday realize that self-righteous cynicism isn't a writing virtue. The believers made the bull market in the 90s, not the disbelievers.

P.A.T. -- to counter your GBS ass-kissing <g> I would like to say that I'm reading him less and less since he seems extraordinarily bored with his work. I never read Meisler anymore (dull dull dull, no I am not interested in buying Colgate Palmolive at this point). And if Cramer got hit by a bus, I would seriously consider cancelling my eternally free subscription, lol.
