happy_girl - To participate in the CMGi Directed Shares Program, you must open a brokerage account with Wit Capital with a minimum deposit of $2,000. The letter sent by the broker, to all qualified CMGi shareholders of record as of June 15, contained a number that had to be provided to Wit Capital at the time the account was opened. And, the application was made at a web site created specifically for the program, however, I believe that those who already had open Wit accounts did not have to open a new account. Best wishes, Jim
