[Sound of screeching brakes!] Someone on RB is trying to work up a panic by saying that TSIG is going to have $3 million of debt converted $.0755. Hold the phone! That number was part of a "Calculation of Registration Fee" and does not reflect the actual conversion rate. In order to calculate the fee, some number has to be used. Apparently it is acceptable to use the current share price. REW has stated that new financing is in the works. The hints of favorable financing are still there. I'll go with REW and RG. Anybody who wants to trade on Alyce's opinion, good luck.
