It's interesting, however, to look back on Armstrong's prediction. He wrote that the Nikkei's bounce was a shortlived one, and when he wrote the Nikkei was in the 15000 range. He predicted it was on the way back down and that the Yen was going to back to 140. Wrong on both counts: the Nikkei seems to have support in the 17k range and the yen is not weak but strong. Perhaps I have not given Armstrong's predictions enough time; or perhaps he just got it wrong.
