Actually, since this must be a Pump & Dump after all (how could I have been so clueless) we'll probably see some vague releases, insiders selling prime time, then some death-spital financing, followed by insiders saying to have no idea why the price is declining. The closing up probably won't come till at least a chapter 11, or transfer of technology to a shell, lead by "investment bankers" and securities lawyers with great contacts & loads of experience.
