Now the IMF is arguing that the Fed should raise interest rates.

....IMF staff argued that the Federal Reserve should be ready to raise US interest rates, warning that delay could make the eventual slowdown in the economy unnecessarily painful. But they played down the significance of last week's employment data, which spooked Wall Street....
