Related party transactions are a wonderful means of siphoning value out of a company. This story is getting interesting. (PS, the tax reasons for XCLU not owning part of an S corp are because the S corp must become C corp if any of the shareholders of the corp are a C corp. The benefit is purely George's.) Too bad all we have are your belief's. Where are those audited financials? They could be filed with the SEC and we could all have easy access.
