Similar but different. There is a post somewhere on the DD site where I addressed this when I knew more about WINR. WINR is a pure wagering company. They DON'T have same as cash technology. They DON'T have the ability to make money off of handling transactions for other companies, but ECNC does!

As I recall there are distinct differences and WINR does not have the future potential of ECNC imho. Too limited. ECNC is very broad. Its a transaction enabling company making money every time its technology system is used to complete a transaction....no matter what kind. It just makes more if it is one of its wagering sites or an EZShop, etc.
