then my very sensitive BS detector rings an alarm. A CFO should report results. This one had two major "one-time" write-offs in one year. That is not honest reporting, it is hype to try and please Wall Street. And those Auditors let managements get away with it, much of the herd follows, not taking time to think.

I always stay away from stock like that. Never mind that it has an up-gap. Lots of stocks do, one time or another.

Just sharing experience ...
