Dan--You have more knowledge of the field than I do.
I was not seeking to say that specific companies are going to compete with GUMM. I was offering my observation that competition tends to arise in generic drugs. Generic drugs tend to be low margin because of this. GUMM may very well rule the field of generic nicotine gum but I suspect if there is a huge market other players will enter. From a personal perspective from my own market experience I would not count on it being hugely profitable but this specific area I have not done extensive DD on, my comments were general in terms of how I have seen generic drug manufacturers do.
