What do people think about the reacquisition of E1A rights today? Definitely can be read 2 ways: 1) Fournier dumps the research because it's going nowhere; or 2) TGEN made a move to become more marketable to other pharma. companies on a world-wide rights deal. As a long, I want to believe the latter, but I also think it is very plausible. It is just hard to say without knowing more of the details of both the original agreement and the terms of this "reacquisition."
